Sampling of soil and groundwater in vials, and soil gas samples, to determine the contamination status of a property that once housed a dry cleaner. Soil was sampled down to the limestone bedrock. No significant levels were found in soil, groundwater or soil gas. The fairly dense clay till has probably kept the dry-cleaning solvent PCE and its breakdown products from spreading downwards.
