Environmental supervision as an industrial building becomes a school

The building has housed several earlier businesses. During its conversion into a school, hazardous building materials such as asbestos and tar adhesive were found, and PAH and petroleum hydrocarbons were detected beneath the floors. We carried out ongoing environmental supervision throughout the conversion.
